- Our editor will ensure correct grammar and clarity.
Submitting Letters to the Editor:
Share your thoughts on local, statewide, or national topics of interest with our readers. Follow these guidelines:
- Keep letters under 500 words.
- Avoid libelous statements, unsubstantiated claims, or personal attacks.
- We do not publish letters disputing facts in criminal cases.
- Include your full name, address, and telephone number for verification (not for publication).
- Letters must be received by noon two business days before publication.

Important Information:
- Marshall Advocate: Published Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Casey Westfield Reporter: Published every Saturday.
- In election years, we do not publish letters regarding specific candidates in the issue prior to elections.
